Let me share a little about myself –

I've led UX teams and coached designers in a variety of environments — from startups to enterprise organizations like Southwest Airlines and JCPenney. I have had to implement and incorporate new roles to teams, stand up new competencies, and build connections across departments to enable to best possible outcome for the designers I was leading.

Now I want to take my nearly two decades of experience to help other UX and CX professionals progress in their careers easier and faster, be it by individual coaching sessions or by helping guide and structure how your department functions.
